Withdrawals: To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified (KYC complete) and the balance must originate from your own deposit or legitimate winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours — in most cases, much faster than that. The 57ein reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals as an anti-fraud measure.
Using third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. Deposits received from accounts held under a name different from the account holder's name on 57ein will be returned and may result in a temporary account suspension for investigation. Important note about bonus withdrawals: Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirements described in the Specific Terms of each promotion have been fully met. Cancelled or void bets: In exceptional circumstances — such as odds errors, technical issues during a live event, or events cancelled or postponed without a rescheduled date — 57ein reserves the right to cancel or void affected bets. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full to the account balance.
Bet limits: The 57ein may apply maximum bet limits per event, per market, or per account at its discretion, as a risk management measure. Customers who display unusual betting patterns may have individual limits applied to their accounts.
